Project
Execution...
Once a Project is
awarded to us the Project task force is identified. A
project Manager along with his team of Engineers and
support are deputed for the project.
The following systems
are followed to track the project and ensure a two
way dialogue between the site management and the
project monitoring from H.O / Regional office level.
- All sites
invariably sent a daily report to H.O. /
branch prepared by the Projects Manager
listing his progress alongwith any other
developments at site which are noteworthy.
- At certain
projects, a Special Planning Engineer is
deployed whose job is to plan all activities,
ensure the presence at site, on time, all the
resources required whether it is manpower,
materials, equipment, permission etc. This
leaves the Project manager free to
concentrate on execution.
- A weekly report
is sent by the planning Engineer to the
Director (Tech) listing in brief progress
status of the project as per planned
progress, holdups if any, requirements form
H.O. (if any) etc.
- Computer Software
such as 'MS PROJECT'
is used to track the activities and monitor
the project. This was extensively used to
integrate the schedules of Civil, Electrical,
A.C., Fire Fighting, Access Control, Building
Automation Systems etc. In the MOTOROLA
- IRIDUM project
at pune.
- Computerisation
is used to the extent possible at site - for
project management, for quantity surveying,
for stores and material functions.
Project
execution DEMANDS close co-operation and teamwork
between the owner (client), the consultant and the
contractor.
The number
of repeat orders obtained by us is an induction of
our ability to meet the expectations of the clients
with respect to..
- Time
- Quality
- Cost
- Co-ordination
