The site is managed on a day to day basis by a Project Manager . He is fully empowered to take decisions regarding material supply , deployment of machinery , manpower etc . He is guided by a Area Manager / Chief Engineer who ensures that the project manager gets the required support and resources he needs for successful completion – Machinery , Material and Manpower .
Project management and Monitoring is done by senior and experienced engineers and project managers who have the requisite expertise and experience to get the work executed as desired.
For better control and monitoring of projects , we have established the foll branch offices .
