Projects these days
are most likely to come up in the far flung and the
underdeveloped regions. Locations are dictated by the
Dictates of Governmental permission, environmental
clearances, proximity to posts, railway lines etc. In
all probability the location is serviced by
non-existing / poor roads, shortage of water and
electricity and increasingly a hostile local
population.
Against such odds, we
undertake and sucessfully complete projects.
The Organisation of
Projects is designed to be handled by a Project
Manager at site on day to day basis under Area
Manager / Chief Engineer, ably assisted by a team of
experienced and capable Engineers and Supervisors.
Project Management and
Monitoring is done by senior management staff who has
the necessary authority and the solid project
experience to be able to plan for and deliver the
goods.
The Projects are
looked after by frequent site visits of Directors.
For better control and monitoing of projects, we have
established three branch offices.
